Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Travel Information : Arriving by car:
At the motorway junction Heidelberg drive on the highway 635 towards Heidelberg. Follow the hotel route B towards Altstadt/Schloss, passed the train station and onto the Adenauerplatz (with a big fountain). Turn left into the Sophienstrasse and the at next street right. Then take an immediate left into the St. Anna Gasse (it’s a small street, be careful not to miss it).
Arriving by train:
At the main train station you can take the bus 34 or 41 until Bismarckplatz. From there walk to the Hauptsraße (it’s in the pedestrian area) and after approx. 100 meters turn right.
