Set in an 18th-Century building, the apartment features a living area with a flat-screen TV, exposed beams, wooden flooring, a washing machine and a bathroom with a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Grocery shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance and free Wi-Fi access is provided in the apartment. Saint-Michel RER Station is opposite the accommodation and offers direct access to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Gare du Nord Train Station.
Important Information : Please note that the mezzanine has a low ceiling (1.50 metres in the bedroom and 1.70 in the bathroom).
A 30% prepayment will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking. The rest of the total amount is due in cash upon arrival.
Guest will be requested to sign a contract upon arrival.
Please contact the property in advance to communicate your time of arrival. If a second appointment has to be set, the client will be charged with a EUR 30 fee. Early check-in in is possible according to availability.
For a late check-in, extra fees will apply:
- between 20:00 and 22:00: EUR 30
- between 22:00 and 00:00: EUR 50,
- after 00:00: EUR 70.
For an early check-out, extra fees will apply:
- before 06:00: EUR 50
- between 06:00 and 08:00: EUR 30
Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the cottage during your stay.
