Short description : Sunny attic apartment in Paris with 1 bedroom, livingroom and separate kitchen, located on the 6th floor (with elevator to the 5th and one flight of steps), a few steps from the Seine, in the cultural heart of Saint Germain, in the 6th district.
The double bedroom is complete with a double bed (140cm wide) and built-in closet. The bathroom is decorated with light-coloured mosaic and fitted with a wash basin, stall shower and toilet.
The living area has a romantic view over the Paris rooftops, among which stand the towers of Saint Sulplice. The separate kitchen, in a corridor, is equipped with induction hotplates and a microwave oven.
In the surroundings, you will find place St Sulpice you can enjoy a drink overlooking the church followed by designer shops, and it is easy to access streets with several fashion shops, contemporary art galleries and antique shops.
The department store Bon Marché is closeby and there is a food market on rue de Buci as well as markets on rue Mouffetard and rue Monge.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
