Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 06:00pm on the date of your scheduled arrival. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total amount of booking to the credit card provided.

Region Information : The hotel is only 3 km from the "International Congress Centre" (ICC) and the trade fair centre. From the station “Zoologischer Garten” you enjoy direct train connections to "Olympiastadion" (20 minutes), to the central station (7 minutes), to "Alexanderplatz" (10 minutes) and to the Airport Berlin-Schoenefeld (50 minutes).
Direct subway and bus connections to Airport Tegel: approx. 20 minutes.
