Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 6 pm on the day before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to your credit card.
For the following dates cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 7 days before your scheduled arrival date: Röntgenkongress (16.-20.05.07); DFB Pokale (25.-27.05.07); IFA (31.08.-06-.09.07); Marathon (28.-30.09.07); Venus (18.-20.10.07); Silvester (30.-31.12.07). In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking sum to your credit card.
