Region Information : The hotel occupies a prime location in central Berlin, between Tiergarten and Potsdamer Platz.
Hotel Information : Boasting luxurious décor reminiscent of the "Golden Twenties" and a capacity of up to 5,500 guests, the hotel provides the ideal venue for balls, congresses, film festivals, award ceremonies and suchlike. Within the immediate surroundings you find numerous interesting attractions such as the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate. A particular feature of the hotel is its presidential suite, which at 350m² is the largest in Berlin. In addition to a whirlpool with sauna, the suite offers a breathtaking view over the city.
Cancelation Policy : Except during fair periods cancellations of guaranteed bookings received at least 24 hours before arrival are free of charge.
During fair periods only cancellations received at least 42 days before arrival are free of charge.
Fair periods: 07-11 March/ 31 August - 6 September/29-31 December .
We also require prepayment for the entire stay during fair periods. Please supply a credit card number, which will be charged accordingly. Otherwise, we require a deposit by bank transfer (a proforma invoice will be provided upon request).
For the Early Booker offer the total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. No cancellation for these dates possible. In case of a cancellation or no-show the offer is non refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Food & Beverages : "Maritime" Restaurant with front cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner), grand "M" restaurant with terrace, "Le Bar" with live music, "Grand Hall" tea bar with tea masters service and small snacks.
Room Information : Elegantly furnished rooms with spacious bathrooms, with the road on one side of the hotel and the yard on the other.
All rooms offer air conditioning, wireless LAN, safe and minibar. Furthermore, we provide digital fax and modem plugs.
Child Policy : A maximum of one child up to the age of 6 years may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parent(s). Children aged 7-12 years stay in an extra bed at a cost of EUR 20 per night. Children upwards of 13 years stay in an extra bed at a cost of EUR 45 per night. Breakfast is included in these rates.
