Region Information : The apartments are in the centre of Berlin and all of the city’s many attractions can be easily reached on foot. The impressive Friedrichstrasse, the splendid Unter den Linden Boulevard, the Brandenburg Gate, the new Pariser Platz and the government buildings in the centre of Berlin are all within walking distance. The new Axel-Springer-Passage is also nearby and offers an array of exciting shops, a conference centre and many excellent restaurants.
The apartments also have excellent public transport links for exploring Berlin and the surrounding area. The U2 and U6 underground lines are just 250 metres from the apartment’s front door. The main bus stations and S-bahn stations can be reached very quickly via the U-bahn.
Food & Beverages : In the immediate vicinity, there is a large selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs and bars. Here you will find cuisine from almost every nationality and something to satisfy every budget. Each apartment also offers a comfortable dining area, for an alternative relaxed atmosphere.

With all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment and great rates, these apartments are great for short or long-term stays for tourists or business travellers.
In a quiet, central location, the apartments are ideally placed for exploring Berlin, and many of the city’s attractions are within walking distance. The designer stores of Friedrichstraße, the historic Brandenburg Gate, the architecturally impressive Potsdamer Square and the wonderful Gendarmenmarkt can all be reached on foot from the hotel. The city’s famous U-bahn system is also just a short walk away, offering access to the whole of Berlin and the surrounding area.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellations made at least 31 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge equal to 20% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 30 and 16 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 35% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 15 and 8 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 7 and one day(s) before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 80% of the total amount of the booking.
No-shows and cancellations made less than one day before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total amount of the booking.
For the Early Booker Rate no refunds or changes are possible. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Hotel Information : The apartments are close to the Scheunenviertel and the Kaethe Kollwitz Platz, and are just a short walk from the Eberswalder Strasse U-bahn station. Just a few minutes away is the Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, which is framed by a concert house and the German and French cathedrals.
Internet access is available on request via wireless LAN or via internet connection points in the apartments.
The apartments have a 24-hour doorman service, and an internal intercom system.
Room Information : All of the apartments are furnished in a comfortable, modern style and offer a relaxing haven right in the heart of the nation’s bustling capital.
The spacious apartments are between 28 m² and 45 m² in area. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with patio furniture, a bedroom, a living room, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The larger suites have a sofa that can be used as an additional bed for an adult or for 2 children.
Each apartment is equipped with cable TV, a DVD/MP3 player and a mini stereo system.
Additional linen and towel services and apartment cleaning during your stay are available, by arrangement, for an additional charge.
Travel Information : By Car:
- Get on the A103 heading north-east.
- Turn left onto the B1/ Dominicusstrasse and keep left.
- At the 1st big intersection, turn right onto Hauptstrasse.
- Keep on this street as it changes to Potsdamer Str and then to Leipziger Str.
- You will pass the Sony Centre and Wilhelmstr.
- After you cross Friedrichstr, you want to turn right onto Charlottenstraße. The apartment is located at Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Schoenefeld Airport:
Take either the regional train heading to Nauen and transfer at Alexanderplatz to the M48 bus and get off at Stadtmitte/Leipzigerstr or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau and transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Mariendorf and get off at Stadtmitte. The Charlottenstr is located to the east of Friedrichstr along Leipziger Str (away from Potsdamerplatz) for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Tegel Airport:
Get on the bus 128 heading towards Osloerstr. Transfer at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz to the U6 heading towards Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Stadtmitte and walk east along Leipziger Str for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.
From Hauptbahnhof (Central Station):
Take any of the S-bahns heading east from this train station. Transfer at Friedrichstr to the U6 heading to Alt-Mariendorf. Get off the train at Stadtmitte and walk east along Leipziger Str for about 100 metres. Turn right onto Charlottenstr and walk south until Charlottenstrasse 75.

In order to confirm the booking, TopDomizil will charge an advance payment equal to one night's stay to the credit card. The remaining sum will be charged on the day of arrival with the pick up of the keys. Please contact TopDomizil if you wish to arrange another method of payment.
Additional Costs (2007):
Parking: Free parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also an underground car park available for guests’ use for an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. For longer stays a special discount can be arranged.
Child Policy : Families are welcome in the 2 room apartments, equipped with a spacious living room with functional kitchen and large dining table. The apartment is large enough for 4 people.
