Hotel Information : Welcome home: it does not matter whether you travel for business or private reason, alone or with your family, our completely furnished apartments provide you with necessary things like TV and DVD-Player, telephone with mailbox system, partly separated bed room, full size kitchen and balcony. With additional services free of charge like daily cleaning, bike and DVD rental, wash center, computer for guests as well as sauna and fitness facilities we make your stay something out of the ordinary.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel Information : Our Boarding House Mitte is situated centrally near the campus of the Charité . Within a few minutes walking distance you find Friedrichstraße and Oranienburger Straße , museum Hamburger Bahnhof and Museemsinsel as well as countless international restaurants and cosy.
