Cancellation conditions for special offers:
Hot Deal: No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged with the full price of the stay, this amount is non refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.
Promotion Rate: The client accepts to be charged with the price of one night prior to arrival. Any changes or cancellation may be made until 6pm (hotel local time) 3 days prior to arrival date. The one night deposit becomes non refundable afterwards.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Children up pt the age of 12 stay free with sharing the room with 2 adults. A maximum of 2 children are permitted per room.
Travel Information : By car:
- On the Stadtring A100 (ring road) towards Schönefeld/Dresden, take the exit Britzer Damm.
- Continue in the direction of Kreuzberg until you're on Hermannstrasse.
- Turn right at Rollbergstrasse and you'll see the entrance to our hotel.
