Situated on a quiet block in New York City, the City Lights Apartment is within walking distance of Madison Square Garden and the theaters of Broadway. Guests can also easily discover a variety of shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
Guests at City Lights will feel at home with separate living and sleeping areas as well as a decorative fireplace. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and provides free (once) a week housekeeping services.
Important Information : Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Please note: This is a single apartment located on the 3rd floor. The building does not feature an elevator and has no front desk services. Guests must contact the property prior to arrival in order to receive instructions for key pick up.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14.25 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.
USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
