Hotel Information : - Guests must bring a laptop to access high speed internet in bedrooms.
- The hotel has only one room available for disabled guests, a maximum of 2 adults to a room.
- The hotel houses a CD and DVD lending library.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Region Information : At its prime Times Square location, Hotel 41 is next door to the Nederlander Theatre, home of the musical “Rent,” and just steps from Broadway theatres, entertainment and restaurants, Rockerfeller Center and Radio City Music Hall.
The Midtown location is also central to network and cable television studios, including MTV, HBO, and ABC, banking and financial institutions such as Ernst & Young and publishing houses like Conde Nast Publications Inc.
Important Information : **Special cancellation policy: Once the reservation includes December 31st, the cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to arrival (Dec. 17). On Dec. 17th bookings for Dec. 31st will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Dogs and cats 25 lbs. or less are welcome without extra charges, a maximum of 2 to a room. Guests are responsible for any damages and are required to have portable kennels. Pets should not be left unattended in rooms and are not premitted in Bar 41 restaurant and lounge.

Guests will enjoy “Happening Happy Hour” Monday through Friday 4-7pm which includes ½ price beers, wines and well drinks.
