Cancelation Policy : Listed prices are per apartment and per night
To guarantee a reservation a 50% deposit of the total amount is required
The remaining total amount must be paid prior to entering the apt. and will not be reimbursable
Cleaning is done every day and change of linen and towels is done every 3 days
Continental breakfast served in our restaurant by the beach is included in the price
Extra beds are charged at 35 euros per night. Baby cots are 10 euro per night
Garage rental is 9 €/night during seasons A and B and 12 €/night during seasons C, D and E
Sun beds are free of charge at the pool and cost 6€/person/day at the beach
Check out is at 12:00 noon. Check in is at 15:30
From June to September and Easter, in case of cancellation of the reservation two months prior to the arrival, we will charge 50% of the stay, after that dead line we will charge the entire stay
For the rest of the year, in case of cancellation one week prior to the arrival, we will reimburse 90% of the deposit, after that period we will charge the entire stay
Rentals and Coral Beach services are subject to 7% VAT (not included in the price list)
Special conditions are available for long term and low season rentals

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
