When cruise ships arrive, there will be a collective, general information meeting at the hotel at 10:30 am. The meeting is for all guests interested in tourist tips of Copenhagen and held by the general manager or a reception clerk.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
