Short description : Club Bamboo Boutique Resort is a unique designed boutique resort ideally situated on the quiet and green foothills of Patong. With only 30 deluxe rooms, bungalow suites, suites and penthouse suites we are able to provide warm and personal service to all our guests. The resort is situated outside the busy and noisy part of Patong, however only several minutes away from the beach and the main entertainment areas. The resort provides its own beach club which during the high season, guests will receive free transport, free sun bed and free sun umbrella. Cancelation Policy : Peak Season; (21 Dec to 15 Jan)
A 50% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the balance of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- No Shows; the balance of booking value will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
High Season; (01 Nov to 15 Apr)
A 50% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the balance of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- No Shows; the balance of booking value will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
All Other Times;
A 10% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).
- For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, 1 room night rate will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- No Shows; 1 room night will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- Early check out; 1 additional room night will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Children/extra bed - Baby cots are free. One children up to 8 years old are allowed to stay in his/her parents' room using existing bedding. Extra bed cost THB 500.
Room Information : Third adult is only applicable for Bungalow Suite, Suite and Penthouse Suite, based upon extra bed rate at THB 500 p.n.
Food & Beverages : Sample a host of delicacies in the poolside restaurant called The Hidden Oasis. It offers a wide selection of Thai and European cuisine and is open from 06:00-23:00.
