For our guests we offer free internet use,WiFi ,breakfast included and laundry service.Our multi-lingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk is always ready to answer your questions.
We are located 2 minutes from the market square,walking distance from most of the Wrocław's attractions.We can also organize lots of activities for you :go carting,quads,bungee jumping,shooting,zorbing, skydiving ....and more.

Cancelation Policy : We use a secure data line for the transmission of your credit card information, which only the general manager has the ability to see. Your credit card guarentees your bed(s), and is not charged. If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night only for the amount of beds you reserved. Any cancellations must be made via email.
E-mailed reservations received after 4pm may not be read until the following day. To make sure that your reservation is confirmed, please check your e-mail for our response.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
