Hotel Information : The Hollies has recently undergone extensive refurbishment to provide the comforts of modern living yet retaining the original features of the house. Whilst no two letting rooms are the same - each having their own style and decor - you can expect the same high standard of cleanliness, hospitality and service throughout your stay.
Room Information : The Hollies is well known for its comfortable, relaxed and Friendly service. All of our spacious en suite rooms have been completely renovated and refurbished. Each of our rooms has its own individual theme. The beds are extremely comfortable and boast individual designer fabrics Stylish furnishings and attention to detail.
Of course all rooms also come with en suite bathrooms and full hospitality tray and colour TV with remote control and Freeview. Hairdryers and Refreshment Tray.
Food & Beverages : Breakfast is served in the newly decorated Breakfast Room. Each table having the room name on it. Breakfast served 8am to 8.45am weekdays. 8Am until 9am at weekends.
Travel Information : The Hollies is situated on the A19 road (York - Selby); the main approach to the city from the South.
From the South of England using the A1(M) take the A64 to York then the A19. Approaching the city we are 100 metres past the third set of traffic lights on right hand side of the road.
From the North of England using A1(M) take the A59 to York. At the A1237 turn right. At the A64, turn left and drive for 2 miles. At the A19. follow directions as above.

A distinctive Edwardian residence where a more friendly accommodation is hard to find. The house is situated within easy walking distance of the city centre via the picturesque riverside promenade or short walk into Town.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 5 to 16 years are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
