Short description : These high-quality apartments occupy a period building in the going-out area of Prenzlauer Berg, and lie just on the border to Berlin's central "Mitte" area.
From here all of the city's sights and attractions can be reached quickly and easily by public transport or on foot.
Many of our guests simply treasure the attractive, lively atmosphere of the surrounding area and find our apartments an ideal base for exploring the colourful streets nearby, with their bars, shops and cafés.
Food & Beverages : In the direct neighbourhood of the apartments you will find lots of restaurants, cafés and bars.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
