Room Information : We offer modern and practically furnished guestrooms with a total of 30 beds. The doors have a width of 95 cm.
Bathroom features:
WC height: 46 cm; handholds for the shower and WC; the shower area has no step; adjustable shower seat.
Short description : Our hotel is accessible for the mobility-impaired and boasts an intimate atmosphere, situated in the Berlin district of Karlshorster Prinzenviertel. All our rooms and bathrooms can be accessed by wheelchair.
Alexanderplatz is only 15 minutes away by train.
Hotel Information : Our individually furnished hotel features a breakfast room which can also be used for events.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
