Important Information : If arriving between the hours of 16:30 and 23:00 you can check in at the Bistro am Luisenbad (in the building), where you can pick up your room key.
On the weekend and on public holidays the reception is only manned
between 08:00 and 11:00. Up until 23:00 you can check in at the Bistro.
Short description : This family-run hotel is situated in quiet suroundings, near to the U-bahn station Osloer Straße, enabling you to reach both Alexanderplatz and Kurfürstendamm in no time at all.

Region Information : Both U-bahn station stops Osloer Straße and Pankstraße can be easily reached on foot. From there you can reach the centre of the city quickly and easily to visit all of Berlin's sights.
There are also various shops in the surrounding area.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 10:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
