Room Information : Our house disposes of 27 rooms. The rooms are different in equipment and size, though all very spacious and acutely comfortable furnished. Every room disposes of an own modern bathroom and television. The single-, double- and shared rooms are arranged in the floors 1-5. All rooms are bright, calm and roomy.
Short description : Modern and friendly hotel located close to the Kurfürstendamm, which provides everything a traveller needs to feel comfortable. Our preferences are, besides the equipment of the rooms, the beautiful and central location in the city centre with optimal transport connexions.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.
