Travel Information : We are most easily found by approaching from the A64 (York bypass).
Turn onto the A19 (York to Selby road) for York and we are a short distance along on the right-hand side.
Please make sure that you take A19 Selby and exit from the A64, not the A19 Thirsk.
Short description : The Limes is a comfortable and friendly family-run, late Victorian house.
No one night bookings are available on Saturday nights. A minimum of 4 nights stay is required from 21st to 24th August, 3 nights on bank holidays.
This non-smoking hotel has 8 rooms available (2 on the ground floor). Limes has a Silver Award as well as 4-star status. The hotel has a comfortable, wood panelled, licensed lounge bar with an open fire (in winter) and a free private car park. Children are welcome, and provided for very well.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the Limes.
Important Information : Single Saturday night bookings are not accepted. A credit card is required as a guarantee. There is a 5% charge for the use of credit cards, debit cards are free of charge. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Check-in is not possible between the hours of 2pm and 6pm, unless arranged directly with Hotel. FROM 21st Aug UNTIL 24th Aug THE LIMES ONLY ACCEPT MINIMUM OF 4 NIGHT BOOKINGS - this is due to it being the Ebor Race Meeting in York. We also only accept 3 night bookings for Bank Holidays.
