Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.

Short description : Only a few hundred meters from the golden beaches of Maria Luisa and Sta. Eulália, Balaia Golf Village has become a popular haven for those who appreciate the quality of design and construction of the apartments and villas around the beautifully landscaped gardens.
The mix of sports and leisure facilities in such attractive surroundings are the finishing touch to this heaven on earth.
Room Information : The standard of accommodation is excellent, all tastefully furnished for a high level of comfort. The apartments all have either balconies or a varanda and are fully equipped for self-catering. Included in the rental terms is maid service six times a week and change of laundry twice a week. Most apartments come with a double sofa bed and cots can be rented on request. High Chair - 3€ per day
