Room Information : All rooms are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Most rooms offer excellent views on the River Maas and its harbours.
Every room has a small bathroom with shower, whilst the larger rooms also have a bath.
Important Information : Please note: Prepayment of the total reservation is required upon check-in.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

Short description : Located in the center of Rotterdam, the New Ocean Paradise Hotel is a floating hotel besides the harbour with a classical Chinese style decoration, offering you the best service with reasonable rates.
The hotel has two restaurants: a buffet (wok) restaurant and an a la carte restaurant. An asian supermarket is also located nearby.
Food & Beverages : The hotel serves a simple continental breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 with fresh bread at no extra charge (except for Mondays).
The hotel also serves a Chinese breakfast on request for Asian guests (only possible for groups of 4 people or more).
Region Information : The hotel is floating on the water, built on 2 pontoons. The Euromast tower, the tallest building in Rotterdam is just 100 metres away from the hotel. On the other side of the street there is a nice park with a few restaurants.
Lying in the grass of the sunbathing area you can enjoy the sun and the wooded surroundings. It is also relaxing to gaze at the ships that are passing peacefully by, or maybe you would prefer watching the coming and going water taxis.
