Travel Information : - From Düsseldorf/Bochum take the motorway A40/B1 in the direction of Dortmund/Unna
- Exit at Dortmund Asseln/Sölde, and turn left
- At the first junction turn right into Schleefstraße. You will find us on the left-hand side after 100 m.
- From Frankfurt/A45 take the A1 towards Bremen, and at the motorway junction Unna/Ost take the exit Dortmund Asseln/Sölde, turning right
- At the second junction turn right into Schleefstraße. You will find us on the left-hand side after 100 m.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
