Room Information : The equipment is conceived both for the business traveller and for the short holiday-maker. The rooms are characterized by family and private Flair. Non-smoker floors and rooms for allergic persons are natural for us. All comfort and business rooms were completely reconditioned in 2001.
Short description : Our familiar led private-hotel offers a cosy and personal atmosphere. The personal contact to the guest has always a special priority. We offer to our guests an individual ambience with high standard and see ourselves as attentive and family hosts.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Region Information : To city centre its a 15 min walk or two underground stops. Central station can easily be reached via underground.
The fair trade and congress centre "Westfalenhallen" is only 8 min faway, the famous Dortmund football stadium 10 min.
There are sufficient parkings in our courtyard and in 2 parking lots nearby.
