Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 18:00 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 90% of the total booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 90% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Our hotel can be reached from Bremen Airport in approximately 20-30 minutes by taxi or by tram line 6 (in the direction of "Universität", getting out at the stop "Universität NW1").
By rail:
From Bremen's main railway station, you can reach us in approximately 10 minutes by taxi or by tram line 6 (in the direction of "Universität", getting out at the stop "Universität NW1").
By car:
- Coming from the A1, change to the A27 at the "Bremer Kreuz" junction, and continue in the direction of Bremerhaven
- Leave the motorway at the exit "Horn-Lehe/Universität" and simply follow the signposts to the "Universität/Innenstadt"
- Leave Universitätsallee at the "silver whale" of the Universum Science Center and turn right into Wiener Straße, where you will find our hotel.

The Double Rooms are equipped with a bath and integrated shower, pleasant and flexible lighting, a telephone, ISDN and ADSL connection, a minibar with welcome drinks, cable- and pay TV.
Use of the sauna area is included in the room rate.
Food & Beverages : "Campus" - restaurant, bar and café: From breakfasts, through to salads, desserts and cocktails, we invite you to experience our "world cuisine", freshly prepared throughout the year.
Under the direction of Marc Schmidt, our team develops creative, sumptuous dishes influenced by Asian and mediterranean cuisine.
Child Policy : Children aged 0 - 6 years stay in their parents' room free of charge. Children aged 7 - 12 years stay at a cost of EUR 19 in their parents' room. Children aged 13 - 16 years stay at a cost of EUR 38 in their parents' room. Children aged 13 - 16 years can also stay in a separate double room and receive a 50% discount on the room rate.
