Cancelation Policy : Cancellations made up to 18:00 on the date of arrival are free of charge. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 100% of the booked rate from your credit card account.

Hot deal: Alterations or cancellations made until 18:00 (local time of the hotel), 3 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge. In case of a later cancellation the first night will be charged by the hotel to your credit card. This amount is non-refundable.
Promotion rate: No alterations or cancellations possible after booking. If the reservation is changed or cancelled in any way, the hotel will charge the full amount to your credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
