During exhibition/trade fair periods the following conditions apply:
Cancellation is free of charge until 30 days before the day of arrival.
In case of later cancellation or no-show we will charge 90% of the total amount from your credit card.

Hot Deal: No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged with the full price of the stay, and this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.
Promotion Rate: The client accepts to be charged with the price of one night’s accommodation prior to arrival. Any changes or cancellation may be made until 18:00 (hotel local time) 3 days prior to the arrival date. The one night deposit becomes non-refundable after this time.
