Short description : The Congress Hotel Mercure Nürnberg is situated at the edge of a beautiful park in green surroundings; from here you can reach the fairground on foot in just 10 minutes.
This modern 4-star hotel enjoys a quiet location just 900 metres from the exhibition and convention centre and right next to a leafy park. It takes 20 minutes to reach the city centre of Nuremberg by public transport, while the old town is only 3.5 km away.
The hotel features comfortable air conditioned rooms with modern facilities, free parking, 7 conference rooms for up to 200 people, a restaurant and a bar. As a guest of the hotel you can enjoy free use of the sauna, steam bath and gym with a solarium and physiotherapy also available for an additional fee.
Room Information : Our 144 rooms are equipped with all common facilities. On request we provide quiet comfort rooms with a view to the park for an additional cost. Please check availability for a full list of facilities.
Hotel Information : We provide 7 modern conference rooms for up to 200 persons. There are also 100 free parking lots, sauna and steam bath at your disposal. At our lobby we provide a free internet access.
Travel Information : The hotel is situated in the south-east of Nuremberg and you can reach us as follows:
From Frankfurt: motorway A3/A9, interchange Nürnberg-Ost --> A6 direction Heilbronn/Schwabach --> A73 direction Nürnberg Süd. Exit Messe / Zollhaus direction Zentrum (centre). After 3km you will find the hotel on the right.
From Munich: motorway A9, interchange Nürnberg-Feucht --> A73 direction Nürnberg/Fürth, exit Messe / Zollhaus direction Zentrum (centre). After 3km you will find the hotel on the right.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation free of charge at least 24 hours before date of arrival.
Please note: The following fair trade periods have different restrictions what the cancellation time is concerned:
Cancellation at least 7 days prior date of arrival for:
23.06.; and 16.-18.10.2007.
Cancellation at least 15 days prior date of arrival for: 25.-26.09.2007.
Cancellation at least 45 days prior date of arrival for: 13.-15.11. and 26.-28.11.2007.
In case of delayed cancellation or no-show the hotel is entitled to charge up to 80% of the total booking to the credit card provided.
Cancellation conditions for special offers:
Special Offer Rate: No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged with the full amount of the stay, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
