Short description : Enjoy a stay in this beautiful 16th century villa, with its own vineyards and surrounded by the green hills of the Umbrian countryside, yet only a few minutes drive from Perugia town centre.
The hotel is an ideal place for meetings with its 2 well-equipped conference rooms. Or you can keep fit in the indoor gym or in the summer months use the outdoor pool. Start the day with breakfast in the breakfast room or enjoy a meal in the restaurant where you will find classical Italian cooking. In the summer months you can eat outside surrounded by olive trees in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Due to its excellent location the hotel is within driving distance of many other locations in the Umbrian region including Assisi and Todi, with Lake Trasimeno about 20 km away.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

Travel Information : From Florence:
- Exit at Valdichiana toll-gate (highway A-1 Firenze-Roma) then proceed on the connecting road E- 45 towards Perugia.
- Exit at Ferro di Cavallo and follow the directions for Ellera (turn left at the traffic-lights) and continue for 2 Km.
-When you reach the Kiss Kiss Bar take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo.
From Rome:
- Exit at Orte toll-gate (highway A-1 Roma-Firenze) then proceed on the connecting road E- 45 towards Perugia.
-Exit at Olmo-Ellera. Take the next right and after 500 metres you will see the Kiss Kiss Bar on your left.
-Take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo.
From Cesena:
-Follow in the direction of Perugia and then proceed on to the connecting road E-45.
-Exit at Olmo-Ellera. Turn right and after 800 metres, at the Kiss Kiss Bar on your left, take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo.
