If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent The Central Suites in advance, in order to confirm if check-in will be at the office or the apartment.

EUR 30 - After 22:30
EUR 50 - Between 01:00 – 02:00
Check-in is not possible after 02:00.
Please note that mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Office.

A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
