For guests paying by cash, please note that late check-in from 20:30 to 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in from 00:00 to 03:00 incurs an extra charge of EUR 50. Late check-in with cash payment must be reuqested in advance. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer de València, 32 , 08015 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform APBCN Eixample Center in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
