Short description : Barcelona Apartment Milà is centrally located, 7 minutes’ walk from Barcelona’s Joanic Metro Station. Each apartment is air conditioned and features free WiFi and a flat-screen satellite TV.
Apartments have one or two bedrooms and some have a sofa bed in the living room. All have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
The Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk from the apartments. You can reach Plaza Catalunya in 20 minutes by Metro.
Important Information : Please note that for stays of 5 nights or shorter, there is an extra cleaning cost of EUR 45 per service. The cleaning cost is included in the room rate for stays of 6 nights or longer. Barcelona Apartment Milà also reserves the right to charge EUR 25 if the kitchen is not clean upon check-out.
Key collection and check-in is available daily between 10:00 and 00:00 at Carrer Muntaner 60. Outside these hours the check-in service will be based at Hotel Balmes (Carrer Mallorca, 216)

A deposit will be charged on the day of arrival as a guarantee for any potential damage. This amount will be refunded in full on the day of departure providing the apartment is left in the condition in which it was found. Please inform Barcelona Apartment Milà in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
