Region Information : The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the Duomo, right in the heart of Milan. Shopping, business and leisure activities are only few steps away. The hotel would advise starting your exploration in Corso Monforte, Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga and Via Manzoni which are full of designer shops. After this continue on to the piazza Duomo, where the monumental cathedral symbol of Milan sits with its spectacular spires and incredible sculptures. From here you could continue along via Brera where, between buildings of the XVIII century, you will discover the most important Milanese gallery at number 28, with masterpieces by Raffaello and Piero della Francesca. After this, head to Piazza della Scala to see the world famous temple of music, Teatro alla Scala, well known as “La Scala”. Travel Information : By Car: From the A1, the A4 or the A8: - After the toll-house, proceed towards 'Centro' and take the ringroad 'Tangenziale Est'. - Take exit n. 6 ('Forlanini'), and continue straight on towards 'Centro' until you reach Piazza Cinque Giornate. - Turn right into viale Premuda and continue for 500 metres until you are in Viale Piave. From Stazione di Garibaldi: Stop at Porta Venezia, and walk to via Oberdan tram stop and take n.30 (Aquileia). - After 4 minutes, stop in piazza del Tricolore and walk for 100 metres until you reach Viale Piave, 5. By Plane: From Milano Linate airport : - Take bus 73 as far as piazza San Babila. - Walk along Corso Monforte for approximately 7 minutes until you reach piazza del Tricolore. - Turn left and you are in viale Piave. walk for 100 metres until you reach n.5 . From Milano Malpensa airport: - Take the Malpensa Express from the airport to piazza Cadorna. - Take the underground MM1 (red line) in the direction of Sesto F.S., and stop at Porta Venezia. - Follow the signs for the exit in viale Piave. Walk for about 5 mintues until you reach n.5 .

Opening Night is held each year in December and is one of the coolest events of Italian and Milanese high society life.A little off the beaten path, but definitely not to be missed is the Last Supper, called il Cenacolo in Italian, the only fresco of the great Leonardo da Vinci.
