Soho House is found within a listed building with original, historical features such as exquisite 19th century fireplaces. The maisonette has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the sitting room sofa can also be converted to a queen size bed.
The property has all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay including a TV, an iPod docking station and a washing machine. The kitchen comes complete with an oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is a weekly maid service.
The pubs, clubs and shops of Oxford Street, Shaftesbury Avenue and Regent Street are within a 10 minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden are both less than 850m from the property.
The closest Underground stations are Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus, both 550m from Soho House.
Important Information : The lead guest must be over 18 years of age.
Please note that ID copies will be required for all guests and can be emailed or faxed to the property. Otherwise the IDs will be required before keys can be released.
The credit card details provided will be used as guarantee to cover any damages unless otherwise advised by guest.
A free taxi service is provided for bookings of 5 or more nights where the guests are responsible for carrying luggage into and out the property. To obtain the free taxi, guests must notify the property of arrival times of any flight into the relevant London airport at least 2 weeks prior arrival else an administration charge of GBP 30 may apply. For last-minute bookings a 24-hour notice is normally required.
A greeter will meet guests upon arrival at the property to pass the keys and explain any simple questions regarding the facilities. If we the property has not been informed of arrival then there may be a delay in the greeter meeting the guest.
Extra cleaning and change of laundry is available at GBP 100 per visit and will take up to 4 hours. Guests can contact the Enquiries clerk by email or phone to arrange this.
At check-out the guest will leave keys at the property unless otherwise agreed with the greeter. There is a GBP 50 charge for loss of any key payable from the valid credit card as per the deposit policy.
The property reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of excessive noise or nuisance to other guests and residents.
Different policies may apply to groups larger than 5 people.
