Short description : Whether you are here on business or a relaxing city break, Morrison Street is the ideal base for one or two people. Larger, more flexible and more relaxing than a hotel room.
Each apartment is equipped with cable television and a cd player hi-fi system. Furnishings and decor are simple, modern and relaxing while the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances you need, including the must-have dishwasher.
Important Information : Full payment is due on arrival. In addition to this, a credit card number is required as a guarantee for any extras.
Travel Information : From Haymarket Train Station - Walking Turn right as you exit the station towards the traffic lights and cross Dalry Road, proceed up Morrison Street to the next set of traffic lights (the Haymarket pub should be across the road on the left hand side). At the next set of lights, cross to the left hand side of the street, walk past the grey cake shop and the Fountain Court reception is the second door on the left hand side. Outside office hours, the next door on the left (black door with 228 in brass) is the customer access to collect keys. Please note if you arriving outside our reception hours, access codes must be obtained in advance. Car Parking Instructions - If you are driving, please follow the below instructions to our car park at Grove Street. West from the A8 & The Airport - Follow A8 into the City Centre to Haymarket, keep in right hand lane, which takes you through a set of traffic lights onto Torphican Street (do not follow one way system to right but carry along Torphican Street). This curves to your right and up a short hill, at the top, at the traffic lights get in the middle lane. Proceed straight over into Gardners Crescent. Watch out for the light sequence at these lights, there will be a right green arrow for traffic filtering left onto Morrison Street do not cross over till you have a full green light. At the end of Gardners Crescent at the roundabout, turn right and then first right into Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. This is a one way street, take your time if you miss us, you will be back on the one way system. 100 yards past the main office is the vehicle entrance. South from A702 - Follow A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Gilmore Place will be on your left-hand side, take the second turning past Gilmore Place on the left marked Thornybauk. Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic lights, get in the left hand lane, and turn left onto Fountain Bridge. 100 yards on go straight over the roundabout, the next turning on the right is Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. This is a one way street, take your time, if you miss us you will be back on the one way system. 100 yards past the main office is the vehicle entrance. Once at Drive-in Entrance - There is a keypad on the right hand side of the wall. Please enter the number 1960 and this will open the security gates. Please drive into the development and turn to your right. Once you have parked you car, please head back towards Grove Street and go out the pedestrian gate. You will see a button on the right marked 'push to exit'. Please turn to your right once you exit the development, and walk down Grove Street. Once at the bottom of Grove Street, turn left and you will see 228 Morrison Street on the opposite side of the road.
