It features all the necessary utensils to prepare tasty meals that can be savoured in the outdoor terrace, which faces the swimming pool. Alternatively, the city centre is 2 km away and features a variety of quality fish and seafood restaurants, the region’s main specialties.
The pool area is ideal for relaxation, following a refreshing swim. It features sun loungers in the comfortable terrace, overlooking a small gardened area. There is a small playground, with swings. The games room is full of activities for guests to pass their time in leisure, with table tennis, billiards and table football equipment.
The Albufeira Marina is 5 km away from the property. The well-known, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach is one of the most popular in Portugal, and is a 16-minute drive away. Golf courses are available, within a 10-minute drive of the villa.A large shopping centre is accessible within a 7-minute drive.Vilamoura is a 23-minute drive and features a marina, casino, golf courses and several beachfront bars. Portimão is a 34-minute drive away and has a lively centre, filled with restaurants and bars.
The Faro International Airport is a 36-minute drive from the Mendez.
Important Information : Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.
The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is requested upon check in.
Please note that pets are allowed on request. Guests traveling with pets will be asked to provide an extra security deposit of EUR 200.
