The house includes 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, free WiFi, TV and a dining area in the equipped kitchen.
Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the modern and fully-equipped kitchen. It features all the necessary utensils to prepare tasty meals that can be savoured in the outdoor terrace. Barbecue facilities are also available for guest usage. Alternatively, the city centre is 7 km away and features a variety of quality fish and seafood restaurants, the region’s main specialties.
The outdoor swimming pool features an outdoor shower and has sun loungers for guests to relax following a refreshing swim. For golfing enthusiasts, a golf course is available within 2 km of the house. The Albufeira Marina is a 6-minute drive away from the property.
The Albufeira Old Town is a 12-minute drive away and features a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The Algarve Shopping centre in Guia is a 9-minute drive and features several shops, a supermarket and an ample food court. The renowned Falésia Beach is a 24-minute drive away and is one of the most popular beaches in Portugal. Portimão is a 30-minute drive away and features a lively city centre, full of popular restaurants and bars.
The Faro International Airport is a 37-minute drive from the Parra 8.
Important Information : Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.
The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 250 is requested upon check in. Pets are allowed upon payment of an extra security deposit of EUR 200.
