Short description : This 110 sq.mt penthouse is a two bedroom, two bathroom attic apartment in Bologna, located on the eighth floor with an elevator, in the historic center.
It's fitted with wooden floors and electric shutters, opens up onto a living room, furnished with an armchair which converts into a single bed, all surrounded by large windows leading out onto a 60 sq.mt terrace. The kitchen is separated from the living room and comes fully equipped.
An anteroom gives access to the sleeping area, which includes a master bedroom with two French size beds which are joined to form a king size bed. There is also a second bedroom, furnished with a large closet and two single beds and a washing machine.
The main bathroom is equipped with a tub, while the second bathroom, has a large shower stall.
The apartment is located a few steps from the famous via San Felice, within a 10 minute walking distance from Piazza Maggiore, and a few steps away from via Saragozza. In the vicinity of the apartment is a variety of shops, pharmacies and supermarkets and Via Pratello offers pubs, bars and restaurants.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
