The self-catering unit allows guests the freedom to cook their own meals in the equipped kitchen at their disposal. Alternatively, the Lisbon centre has various restaurants available, ranging from traditional Portuguese to international flavours.
Príncipe Real is one of the city's most historical areas, featuring well-known gardens, small palaces and historical architecture. Bairro Alto, Lisbon’s main bar area, is 2.1 km away. Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the Portuguese Living Chic.
Important Information : Please note that a deposit of 35% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal (which has a surcharge of 3%). Portuguese Living Chic Apartments will contact customers in more detail. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.
Upon arrival, guests must pay a cleaning fee of EUR 40. This includes cleaning before arrival and after the departure of the guests.
The check-ins and late check-outs have an additional fee. The usual reception hours are from 08:00 to 20:00 during weekdays. The check-in and check-out on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays incur an additional cost. All check in / out are performed by a member of the Portuguese Chic Living Apartments.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
