The Santa Apolónia Train and Metro Stations are a 15-minute walk away from the apartment. Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive from Lisbon Soul Flat @ Alfama.
Important Information : Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Guests should call the property 1 hour before check-in time in order to inform the owner of their arrival.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.
Please note that 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the day of booking, via bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be paid in cahs at the time of check in.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Guests must clean the apartment before check-out. Otherwise, an added fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Late check-in is available, at an extra fee. From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 20. From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 30.
