Short description : The trendy and comfortable Historic Downtown apartments are sited near the Lisbon historical areas. Just an 8-minute drive from the city centre, they are also a 7-minute walk from the iconic São Jorge Castle.
All the apartments have a living room with satellite TV, sofas and free WiFi access. Also included are an equipped kitchen, private bathroom and some units also include a balcony with city views. Pets are allowed, upon request
The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, stove, fridge and electric kettle. Here, guests can comfortably prepare their own meals and enjoy them in the dining area. The Lisbon city centre is an 8-minute drive and features plenty of restaurants and typical cafés.
The traditional Alfama neighbourhood is a 10-minute walk and features a variety of establishments where guests can enjoy Fado concerts, while having a glass of quality Portuguese wine or some tapas. The Chiado area is in downtown Lisbon and is a mere 7-minute drive away. The National Pantheon is a 3-minute drive away while Cais do Sodré is a 7-minute drive away. The Rossio, with its many shops and cafés, is a 6-minute drive. Lisbon’s main bar area, the Bairro Alto, is a 10-minute drive away.
The Limoeiro bus and tram stop is a 3-minute walk and is one of the stops in the famous 28 Tram. The Lisbon International Airport is a 16-minute drive away from the Historic Downtown. Airport shuttle service is available for guests of the apartments. The Terreiro do Paço Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away and connects with most of the greater Lisbon area.
Important Information : A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon check in. This amount will be refunded by bank transfer 48 hours after check-out if there are no damages in the apartment.
Please note Historic Downtown requires a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount on the day of booking. This payment can be made via bank transfer, Paypal or credit card through Paypal.
