A fully equipped kitchen is featured in the Monte Cristo Estate. A living room with a flat-screen TV with a blu-ray player, a furnished gazebo with a fire pit, and a furnished patio with seating for 10 people are all offered at this holiday home. The bathrooms feature granite showers and counter tops. Free bikes are offered for guest use at the Estate Monte Cristo.
Las Vegas Premium Outlets are 15 minutes’ drive from the holiday house. Angel Park Golf Club is 10 minutes’ drive away

Pool & Spa Heat:
You may heat the pool or spa as desired, however you are responsible for all propane costs. It currently costs approximately $320 to completely fill the tank. An initial deposit of $320 is required in order to begin heating the pool or spa. Upon request, the pool or spa will begin heating prior to your arrival. Guests are solely responsible for managing the heat and operation of pool equipment.
Please monitor your fuel usage by reading the gauge on the propane tank. Guests may have to schedule delivery of propane at their expense depending upon fuel usage, call Las Vegas Propane to schedule delivery at 702-643-9657.
Guests will be fully reimbursed for all remaining fuel at the end of their stay, at $17 per each 5% remaining (approximate cost).
