Short description : Along the edge of the bubbling Oostende, in a peaceful area with parking space(2 cars) and only 800 m from the golden sand beaches, is this cosy, new linked holiday house, equipped with all the comfort. The house is spacious, stylish and warm and very suitable for children. Cooking fanatics can enjoy it in the big kitchen with a splendid cook island and everything in it. During the high season, here are many events in and around Oostende, but also during low season,there is much to do. For example, think about the casino of Oostende, the North Sea aquarium or Ford Napoleon. If you would like to go to another coastal area, then you can alway take the famous coast tram(bus stop apprx. 300 m).
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
Please also note that:
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,48 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,75 EUR/m3).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 4 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1,50 EUR/Garbage bag).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
