The centre of Ostend is within walking distance, as are the dunes and a large department store. If you want to grab a sandwich from the bakery, you can! The bakery is on the dike. The apartment is located not far from the art city of Bruges, charming Damme, Plopsaland and the polders, which are within cycling distance.
