Short description : This detached chalet is located directly at the famous center of Kaprun. The chalet, which you sole occupancy can accommodate up to 14 people and is divided into two separate apartments, is ideal for families traveling together or groups of friends.
Six bedrooms are at your disposal and if needed there in the living room a sofa bed. You have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker). The four bathrooms with shower and toilet are spacious and well equipped.
You even has its own infrared sauna! To the west is a covered patio / balcony where you have view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 600 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- Required to rent bed linen for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.
