The beautiful robust apartment building was recently completely rebuilt and renovated and consists of particularly spacious charming apartments. The architecture of the building reminds one of the old castles in the area.
Through the elegant entryway with stairwell, you reach the royally furnished apartments. The two towers give the building a unique atmosphere! The building is surprisingly laid out into multiple varied apartments. Your apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a spacious balcony. The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, 4 modern bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen make you feel completely at home.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.This amount will be returned in a maximum period of 14 days.
-Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for 24 EUR per person change.
-Please note that there is a possibility to rent a cot at the property for the rate of 35 EUR per stay.
