The architecture of the building reminds one of the old castles in the area. The two towers give the building a unique atmosphere! You reach the first floor luxuriously furnished holiday residence by the elegant entrance with outdoor staircase. From the sun drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the mountains. The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, 2 modern bedrooms, bathroom and completely furnished living room with open kitchen make you feel completely at home. The ski bus stops in front of the door to whisk you off to the surrounding ski areas and the glacier. In addition to winter sports, there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity, with many water sports options, rafting or wild water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course only a few minutes away.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 240 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount will be returned in maximum period of 14 days and has to be paid in cash.
-Bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for 1.50 EUR per person per night.
