Short description : La Muralla is a renovated apartment located in the nightlife district of Ibiza town, near the ancient city walls. The apartment has three floors (no elevator) and is in one of the most central shopping streets and nightlife of Ibiza town. The nearest beach (Talamanca) is a few miles away.
In the apartment, which is located on the 5th floor, you will find facilities like a TV, DVD, stereo and a balcony. In the complex you have internet access, a washing machine, tumble dryer, heating, air conditioning, a roof terrace with garden furniture, an elevator and an outdoor swimming pool for shared use. Parking space is available on site.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
