Short description : Holiday Home Los Jazmines Nerja is a 4-room house 100 m2. It is built in 2006 and it is 2.5 km from the centre of Nerja, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea. It is a fishing village, in the south-eastern part of the region, 50 km east from Málaga.
The property is comfortable furnished. It has a living/dining room with 1 sleeping possibility, open fireplace, TV, satellite-TV, radio and DVD. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine and a bar. There is also electric heating. A large terrace 20 m2 is provided with terrace furniture, barbecue and two deck chairs. View of the mountains and the countryside. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and music equipment.
For private use there are grounds 40 m2 and a swimming pool (3 x 2 m, 01.04.-31.10.)
